P0011 Chevrolet Intake Camshaft Position System ... www.engine-codes.com/p0011_chevrolet.html maybe have Warranty.. i would sure call them! if the light is not staying on,then i would just drive it..

It may be a variable timing issue, have it checked out a shop sooner rather than later.
