CK FRT TIRE BALANCE TO START WITH

I changed the front tires and had it balanced. Still the same issesur. I feel the ABS turns on and it locks the wheel and I have to give full gas in order to drive.

ABS ONLY WORKS WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. IS THAT WHEN ITS HAPPENING? IS THE ABS LIGHT ON?

I am currently having the same issue. I was told by a mechanic at Mr. Muffler that it was my front wheel bearing.
