no blower operation on any speed.I have replaced blower resistor module -still no blower operation.removed blower motor and ran directly from car battery and it ran fine .all fuses are ok.I am baffled since when I put a meter on the plug going to motor it reads 12volt dc but the motor does nothing on any settinglow,medium or hi.anyone have an idea what could be causing the problem?

I have the exact same problem, have you figured it out yet? . It a strange problem because like you stated there is voltage at the connector and the motor runs when connected to the battery. please let me know if you get help and I will do the same, FOUND IT left kick panel drivers side there is a connector with about 20 wires in it, carefully take it apart and notice the red wire with white stripe terminal has melting around it. cut ther wires from the connector and solder a jumper in line to bypass the connector and thats it problem solved.
