What is your question?
Problem comes and goes and have had it in the shop but they cant seem to solve the problem and its costing me money and never sure if I will get were I am going.
What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2005 Chevrolet Equinox had this problem?
year and half could it be the ecm?

Unfortunately - until this problem can be duplicated by the technician performing the testing - it is going to be near impossible to accurately diagnose.. The only advice I can give is leave vehicle at auto repair facility so the tech can drive it until this problem arises and can be diagnosed. Good luck!
