The end of the steering that fits a boot keeps going dry and i am told it cant be fixed

What is your question?

Steering noise , shaft of steering column goes dry and I am told it will have to be greased everytime I bring my car in for a oil change. . This is dangerous I am afraid it will eventually break. The steering noise starts coming back within a week after it is regreased.

Recommend getting another opinion from another experienced mechanic - one that’s been in the business for a good while. There is nothing about an automobile that can not be fixed !
