My car has electric cooling fan its continuously rotating while A/C is on ist ok

The fans are supposed to run to maintain the head pressure while the A/C runs. Some only come on or change speeds when the head pressure increases, some come on always. Your car should be under warranty, take it to the dealer and have them test it to see if it operating properly.
