front parking DRL bulb's burn out quick ,bulb;s have already melted the housing cover;s twice . heard LED;s don't burn out as quick .

Hint: don't do it. Revert to factory equipment. It's not worth the hassle, damage and electrical concerns. Remember that an LED requires far less power to illuminate (It's light emitting diodes...not a bulb...), and that as such, it changes the entire game as far as how the electrical system of the vehicle sees the lights. Can a conversion be done? Sure. But you have to know how and have the right parts to do it. It's just not worth it for the do-it-yourselfer.
What exactly are "front parking DRL bulbs" ? .. Problem with parking lights OR daytime running lights? .. Are the lights in question OEM ? .. (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Something just don't add up here!
