What is your question?
I just bought a wrecked 91 zr1 corvette. I don't have a key, and the steering column is broke. How do I start this car with no key? Most of the dash is missing also. I want start it to make sure that I have a good motor. Plans are, at a later date, is to transplant this motor and transmission into a 49 to 53 Chevy pickup. Can anyone help me
It’s kinda hard to get this kind of advice online - it’s difficult to know ones true intentions of starting a vehicle without the key.
I dont know the VATS system. Is there a way to get around it? This car was sold as wrecked unit from a salvage yard then bounced around a couple different owners. Be fore i got it. One of them tried to break the steering column and tore it up pretty bad. I have been able to get the work the windows to work and a couple of other things to work by the broken ignition. But no fuel pump and no starter.
This true intentions. . I have checked the vin and got a history on the car. Where it was bought new and how many owners and where and when it was wrecked. The car is hit in both ends. And the frame is bent behind the front suspension, pushed up and back, and this reason why i m thinking about doing a transplant. I would appreciate your help or anyone's help. Thanks
