The top of the front clip of a 1980 vette looks wavy. Is that normal?

I am looking at a 1980 corvette and it is beautiful, however, the top portion of the front clip appears wavy. Just wanted to know what you think about that. Your next question does not allow an answer of 1980. Thanks, Robert

I guess you know the 'factory ' front *bumper* (that includes the top piece) is made of a urethane material - there is a fiberglass replacement available, however either one usually will have a 'somewhat' wavy appearance. Post *any question* you like - we'll try to help.
