plug boot,no codes,no problems,no smoke,doesnt use oil /synthetic

Could be a small oil leak from the valve cover gasket and or spark plug seal in the valve cover. If it runs fine after replacing the spark plugs, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
It is possible it has taken a very long time for that oil to accumulate in the plug well.!.... As suggested, if it isn't misfiring or doesn't start misfiring from oil soaked plug boot.. No worries!!.. Check it again in a month or so... I see it quite often on these engines!
