my engine willnot start at times, something will click and I cant wait 10 mins. and it will start .

Unless the problem can be duplicated for a qualified auto repair technician to test the starting system *hands-on* - it will be impossible to diagnose. While the starter is cranking the engine as it should - there is nothing that can be tested to determine the problem. Unfortunately - online guessing isn't going to help at all.
