Auxilary power ports, climate control & turn signals suddenly go off -problem?

What is your question?

While driving the vehicle the auxiliary power ports, climate control lights and turn signals randomly stop working. They do come back on but no way of telling when it will happen. Check to see if fuse or relay a possibility but could not locate in my owners manual.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Purely random - no pattern to when it happens
