my heater only runs on high speed ,why? My CD will come out of the radio ,why?

I put a C.D. in my player on the radio and it played but I could not get it out at the end of it.

IF factory stereo.... Possible Body Control Module software update by GM for this problem!!!.. Call dealer, service department first!
