Google > Clock Spring... That's what is responsible for transferring horn and air bag electrical circuits from steering wheel to the steering column.... It is prime suspect and failures are fairly common.... Don't know your skill level.... Requires mechanical savvy and special tools... Not an average DIY repair!!
