wont start says lowfuel but has 3/4 tank then says power steering

The lock symbol is your entire problem. The car's antitheft system is activated for one of two reasons. The key's battery or microchip has failed and the ignition won't recognize the key and thinks someone is trying to steal the car and shut the fuel pump off. Try your other key if you have a spare. Second, the key ignition cylinder itself has failed and needs replaced. The issue is the antitheft system. Prob. going to need diagnostic if this doesn't work for you.
