Can the thick and milky looking antifreeze damage my motor or anything else? Do I need to stop driving the car until I can take it to a repair shop

If your anti-freeze is milky, you have a problem; possibly a blown or leaking head gasket. Take your car to a good mechanic for diagnosis. In the meantime, drive it as little as possible - you could do more serious damage to the engine.

Look at it this way: You were driving it before you discovered the milky antifreeze, and it's still running. So, I would say you could drive it to the repair shop, as long as it's within a reasonable distance. (Leaving the definition of "reasonable" up to you.) Otherwise, have it pushed or towed. That is not an ironclad answer, just an opinion.
