what kind tool I need for put parking cable back on brake shoes

This WILL work!...You can use a pair of side cutter plires to get between the retainer lug on the cable and the spring.. Grasp lug with regular plires.. Then force spring back and hold it in place with the side cutter plires..you ain't going to hurt that cable with those cutter plires!!!!.. Put the exposed cable in place on the park brake lever.. That's the best tool you can use, I bought a tool that was supposed to do it... POS!,, .. Went back to this method!!
