my driver side wiper got stuck, I moved down but now only passenger side works?

Also... Check the retainer nut at the base (bottom) of that wiper 'arm' under the plastic cap or cover, If this nut gets loose, the wiper will not move!!.. If it is loose, tighten the nut with wiper's in the parked or down position!!!
