my odometer reads"error" when the car is on. how do i fix this?

the lights that are on are "service,brake,check engine,abs,theft system" i've reset the theft system several times but it keeps coming back on.the car wouldn't start before i reset it now it will,for now.when i start it ,it runs fine but the lights come on then flash then on ,also still getting a error on my odometer,thank you
