2002 cavalier-dash doesn’t respond and fuel pump makes no noise when key in on

My problem is that when I turn the key to the on position-nothing happens on the dash-no check engine light, no gas gauge, no fuel pump sound nothing. Will crank but won’t start. There are mechanics who have come across the same make, model, year and problem and can usually tell just from the description what problem this might be or at least where to start and that’s the input I’m looking for but thank you for your response.

Since you have now posted additional information - I think I would start by having ALL of the fuses TESTED.. Good luck with your searching!
