First thought battery or starter now car won't start can't turn belt by hand

When try to start car shakes I think one of the pulley wheels have locked up.any thoughts would be helpful

remove belt -try to turn pulleys by hand, All except crank pulley should turn easily and smoothly. remove spark plugs and then try to turn crankshaft with a wrench. post results if further assistance is needed.
