Low hum when throttle pedal barely pressed or in cruise control. Solutions?

Hearing a low hum when throttle pedal is barely engaged (just enough to maintain current speed), and when in cruise control. Noise goes away when off throttle or when pressing throttle enough to accelerate. 2014 Camaro RS Manual

What makes this problem better or worse?

No noise when off throttle or accelerating. Only hear noise when maintaining speed with throttle pedal or in cruise control.
