Scan tool that can monitor LIVE data , would be a good start. Without basic idea of what your sensors are reading & what outputs you have from PCM , most else would be guesswork. I also can't tell , online the ACTUAL conditions you are dealing with.Check basics.
I live in Iran and I can't find any scan tools for my car. Can you tell me if there is any other ways to read error codes and find which sensor doesn't work right.
Do you have access to a fuel pressure gauge? IF you do , you can test both the pump function/pressure , and the effectiveness of the pressure regulator , both of which can cause low fuel pressure ,meaning that the injectors have to stay open(Pulse duration) longer to get the needed fuel to the cylinder , indirectly causing the rich condition. Let me know if you have a reliable vacuum gauge also.
