Not a problem .. That's just the sound of the freon pressure equalizing inside the 'evaporator core' when the system is turned off .. Evaporator core is located on the passenger side... Can't hear freon leaking out .. IF that were the case, it'd be gone in just minutes instead of yearly.

You should not have to service (add freon) your a.c. system every year. If that is the case, there must be a small leak somewhere. I would agree, the noise you are hearing are the pressures equalizing in the a.c. system. If you are interested we could take a closer look at your a.c. system.
