After GM change to a solid isolator for the supercharger has any problems associated changing from a spring-loaded to a solid occurred?

Hello, The noise supercharger issue seems to go away with replacement of the isolator with a solid part. There are reports of the supercharger being replaced with a spring isolator (same as failed). If you are having the noise recur after replacement, check the part number to see if you have the revision (solid). If you are running an underdrive pulley, this can cause excessive wear on the isolator every time you slap the gas pedal, and I would recommend going for a proven high end isolator.
