I changed the gas filter, now my car won't satrt.v

sound slike your fuel rails need primed with gas, i would suggest turning on and off your ignition switch,, this will make the fuel pump cycle and prime your fuel rails. do this about 8 times, than trya dn start the car.

Running ok before you worked on it???... Did you kink the plastic line????
