Take it back to shop and let them check it out!

#1-are both heater hoses hot that go to heater core.if not heater core is probably clogged and should be back flushed in both directions,by removing both hoses going to heater core and using a garden hose to flush untill it comes out steadily.#2 could have air pocket in system,with excess air in the system the heater core will not get the proper flow it needs.hope this helps,and also if your heat worked before you took to shop,it should work now if done correctly.if so,call and take back to shop
