last night i shut my car off, when i came back outside i turned the key, and nothing happened. i cant take it out of park, i have no wipers, and no radio. but i have dashboafd lights and headlights

like i said i have no wipers, and the light comes on the radio but it does nothing. the engine doesnt make a sound the key just turns from front to back. when i try to take it out of park the gear shift does not move, and the steering wheel will not lock. i do have dashboard lights (even though the gauges do not move), headlights, interior lights
