What is your question?

I have replaced the o-ring and the lock ring and it is still seeping gas.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It consistantly seeps gas.

How long has your 2004 Chevrolet Blazer had this problem?

Months as far as I know.

Bent / damaged flange - foreign particle (small stone, etc) preventing proper seal - wrong gasket / o-ring.. Leak is elsewhere.

IF leaking at large sending unit o-ring seal it should only leak when tank is FULL or close to full. . IF leaking constantly the leak is elsewhere!
