Will a 1997 4.3 from a s10 fit my 2001 blazer ??

Transfer necessary 'ENGINE' components to match what was removed! ... Say a wire connector on the Blazer doesn't math the sensor or component on the replacement engine, then transfer that component FROM the original engine TO the replacement engine .. ECM (computer) don't care what year the engine itself is, as long as the necessary components wind up being the same.. It's going to be pretty much the same anyway .. with minimal parts transfer! .. You savvy?
