What is your question?
I have a 2001 Blazer and I'm having issues with it starting. I'll try and get it to turn over and it does nothing. Afterwards, I discovered a large amount of clicking coming from the transfer case control module while I was replacing my ignition control switch(which is apparently fine). I tracked the sound to the transfer case control module and am wondering if this is the culprit of my issues?

Assuming you mean the starter motor does not 'CRANK' the engine (?) ... Failed battery, poor battery cable connections, failed starter motor or neutral safety switch... Do you have a 12 volt test light or a volt meter? .. IT is not the t-case module!!
Transfer case modules can be fail on those trucks, but I agree with pushrod's comments and advise. I have yet to the t-case module affect starting. The tap test pushrod specified will quickly tell you the answer if it works. Otherwise you will need to determine if you have a starter or starter control problem by testing inputs at the starter. This requires voltage testing tools and knowledge but is do-able at home on the ground. If you are done going at it yourself we at Street Tech Auto Care would be honored to help. Otherwise keep testing and we can talk you through the solutions as you get them.
Battery is relatively new and an Interstate brand. I don't have a voltmeter. Guess I'll check the starter motor then. Thank you
Using a 5/16 or 8mm boxed end wrench/socket & ratchet .. Remove battery negative cable THEN the positive cable and clean any corrosion you find, reattach and tighten cables in 'reverse' order! .. *In any event* > Try jump start! .. IF still no luck .. Using a 'small' hammer, or like tool, tap the starter motor while a helper HOLDS the key to START .. If the starter responds at all .. Replace the starter motor!! .. These 'test' and minor repairs should be something any average DIYer can do successfully .. However 'starter replacement' may require, more experienced, hands-on help!
