Ok I have a 99 trailblazer turns over won't fire just replaced pump and tank why

It's got fuel coming up to motor but Its not getting fuel to throttle body for some reason also the transfer case module was corroded on the connectors so cleaning those now. Also it had wiring issues to fuel pump cuz ignition is new and fixed all that IDK what to do now

Got proper ignition spark? Engine run on fuel added to throttle body? How much fuel PRESSURE is present at the pressure test port?
