Does a 1998 4x4 chevy blazer have shocks or struts

What is your question?

The passenger side seems to look to have a flat tire but the car is just leaning that direction. Some one told me I have struts someone said shocks and Some one said both I am clueless.

Conventional SHOCK ABSORBERS front AND rear.. Possible passenger side TORSION BAR adjustment needed - that is what sets the ride height - - there’s one on each side..

Rear LEAF SPRINGS should be inspected as well.
