my 97 4x4 chevy blazer wont start after i replaced pcm and starter

ok so the pcm fried on my 97 4x4 chevy blazer so i replaced thqat and then it still wouldnt turn over so i also replaced the starter and still nothing i dont know if i have to reset the computer or something please help me
