emergency brake is stuck in locked position. brake handle will not release. is there a manual way to release it
IF release handle has become detached - ‘some-one’ must go under dash and trip the release pawl.. Be careful - the park brake pedal will quickly travel forward - knock ‘some-one’ up side the head!
