What is your question?
it ran fine for a couple weeks the I notice one day when I switch it off the fuel pump was still running well it ran awhile the it finally shut off .it worked fine for a couple days then it did it again .I've even pulled the relay out the fuel pump still runs. my question is would a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator be the cause of this problem of the fuel pump not shutting off
yes I know that they run a few seconds after it's switched off ,but you switch my off it's known to run anywhere from 30 min or till it runs the battery down. I've recently put a transmission seal in that is about it
I say ECM problem... I have worked on as many of these as the next person... NEVER had this problem with one!... Always trying to get the darn pump TO run!!... Are you 100% sure you are removing the right relay????
relay is in the back of the glove box I removed all of them it didn't switch the pump off. The only way I can get it too shut off is too remove the fuse .
Short to battery voltage in wire harness or defective ECM! ECM supplies power to the relay!!
could it be a bad relay
