1995 blazer 4.3 wont start and pops through exhaust

I have a 1995 blazer 4wd 4.3. I have changed plugs, wires, distributor and cap, battery, and was is supposed to have a new fuel pump. Cranks but won’t start. I even checked my fuel pressure as well. It makes a popping noise out of the exhaust when i hold the key trying to get it to start. Does anyone know how to fix this?
