83 K5 washer stays on all the time when wiper on. Switch&motor already replaced?

Now if the mechanical pump diaphragm actuator/plunger on the motor has become locked into the on position (will not cancel) you will need to just disabled the actuator altogether > Old school style ! .. Good luck to ya!

So....I took the wiring harness block away from the back of the fuse box, on the firewall side, and it was nasty dirty. Shoot a can of electrical cleaner and scrubbed it out. PROBLEM SOLVED!! Apparently it was shorting out due to excessive dirt and grime. Thank you pushrod for your input.
