Transmission issues

What is your question?

I am experiencing a jerk from my 5 speed transmission. In gears 2-5 during acceleration from slow/stop as well as at highway speed climbing hills. Is this a common problem? I have only 33,000 miles on this car and other than this issue have been very satisfied. What is the solution to this issue? Thanks,
