Hold light

What is your question?

Was sitting at idle in drive at a light, hold light came on and car wouldn't go. Put a handheld diagnostic on it and threw 4 codes, 2138, 2106, 0700 and 0562. Had alternator replaced in it 3 days prior and drove the car for an hour total after picking it up and this happened out of the blue. Does anyone know if I need a hard reset or just pull negative cable for 15 mins and reset it. Need an answer quick thanks!
