my husband changed the oil in my 2004 chevy aveo and now it wont start

is it turning over or just clicking? if turning over than possible fuel delivery issue(fuel pump). if just clicking then get starter system tested. check battery for corrossion build up. possible posts need to be cleaned. be sure to coat posts with petroleum jelly before re connect.
