passenger side turn signal flashes out of sequence and no rear light signal

Passenger side turn signal flashes out of sequence on the Display Indicator Console (DIC) and no rear lower light signal. Also, when I electronically, lock the vehicle, the right rear lower light do not illuminate. Additionally, the right rear turn signal lower light do not illuminate. the bulb does not appear to be burned out because when I electronically open the doors, the bulb illuminates.

How long has your 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche had this problem?
