Passenger side turn signal flashes out of sequence on the Display Indicator Console (DIC) and no rear lower light signal. Also, when I electronically, lock the vehicle, the right rear lower light do not illuminate. Additionally, the right rear turn signal lower light do not illuminate. the bulb does not appear to be burned out because when I electronically open the doors, the bulb illuminates.

Hello, you have multiple filaments in the bulb. Likely one has failed, and the other still illuminates when you flash the park lights with your key fob. Almost certainly you merely need to replace the affected bulb or bulbs.
Have an assistant depress brake pedal - see if passenger side light turns on .. It's the SAME bulb element for turn signal and brake lights .. IF no light - replace bulb .. IF still no light - seek *hands-on* help from qualified personnel.
