I need to know if there is a gasket underneath the oil pressure sensor.

there is oil leaking around it but can't tell if i need to remove the base that is attached by two bolts, or just the sensor

5.3L , or 6.0L you don't say , but they take the same switch. It threads in. you sure you're after the right part?

It's 5.3, there is a metal plate with two bolts on both sides of the pressure sensor.

5.3L , or 6.0L you don't say , but they take the same switch. It threads in. you sure you're after the right part?

It's 5.3, there is a metal plate with two bolts on both sides of the pressure sensor.
