Hope you've got some auto troubleshooting & repair skills (?) http://easyautodiagnostics.com/gm/4.3L-5.0L-5.7L/ignition-misfire-diagnostic-tests-1 The link above includes the test for a *no spark* condition - - Your 4.3L has same type ignition system as the 5.0L and the 5.7L engines .. .. Good luck!
