My driverside window glass stuck and lift slowly step by step.

My window goes down very well, but sometimes when I up my window, it stuck while up a little bit (Around 2~4inches) and stuck again. But if I wait a little bit (Around 1 or 2 Min.) then window goes up a little bit again. IT work like that step by step. Why this problem comes ? How can I repair for this ?
