Fuel Sensor

It is - for all practical intentions and purposes - an integral part of the fuel pump module ‘assembly’ ..... Now the sending unit (‘sensor”) is replaceable - HOWEVER - it’d be kinda thoughtless to do all that work and not replace the module ‘assembly’ .. Why risk it failing in the near future? Additionally - the fuel gauge can easily be tested using a professional quality scan tool - the sending unit is more than likely the culprit BUT it’s nice to be certain. Good luck!
