Hello, Inversion of polarity of the battery

There was a spark and some smoke near the ventilator. Is there fuses in this place?

The fuse box is under the dashboard in front of the drivers seat.check all fuses.may be one under hood on drivers side,cant remember,if so check all with volt meter.
