VERY POSS THE INT CONTROL MODULE ON WIPER MOTOR IS BAD.

i believe there was a recall on these.ck with the dealer first it may be covered if it has not been done

may need a blower motor resistor,common on a lot of GM vehicles washer is going to be separate issue
