came and went at first now permanent. Wipers also stop in up position when turned off

VERY POSS THE INT CONTROL MODULE ON WIPER MOTOR IS BAD.
Thank you , that's what I thought that it was probably the wiper pulse control module now I have to Locate one Sal 1945

i believe there was a recall on these.ck with the dealer first it may be covered if it has not been done
I checked with GM recall does not include my Vin#,Thanks again
may need a blower motor resistor,common on a lot of GM vehicles washer is going to be separate issue
