ziptie im in australia u requested post code ? do you mean my residental address code. cadies here are rare , having problem finding mechanic able to scan system thanks for your reply . tony

YES , Tony , you're a long way off!! Can't even imagine how a Cadillac swam that far! The code(s) I was referring to are the 'Diagnostic Trouble Codes'or 'DTCs , that would be stored in the control module for the ABS system. 'Posting , is our way of saying put it online here (in the reply section). Maybe Pushrod or Globalhelper or the many others that see this may know how to 'manually' retrieve the ABS codes for that car. I've also seen them refer to 'alldatadiy'- (Do-It-Yourself) an on-line service ($$) and possibly check youtube , it's amazing what car stuff you can find there , if you just get the right 'magic phrase' to find what you need. Good luck........by the way, just curious , ever heard of 'Silverchair'?
