low coolant temp code 15. replaced sensor twice and replaced computer, still same code

▪️TEST▪️ With *PROPER OBD1* scan tool connected - live CTS data should read read very low temperature - while sensor wire connector is disconnected — then it should read very high temperature while the sensor wire connector terminal pins are jumpered - using a paper clip. This test will confirm wiring//circuit is ok .. However *open circuit* may be intermittent. Good luck!
